Ingredients
- 4 oz softened cream cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseNutrition
- 2 cups shredded cheeseNutrition
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, gratedNutrition
- 1/3 cup whipped heavy creamNutrition
- 4 large eggsNutrition
- 1 tbsp chopped chivesNutrition
- 1/2 tsp garlicNutrition
- 1/2 cup tomatoNutrition
- 1/2 cup tomato sauceNutrition
- 1 oz pork sausage pepperoniNutrition
Directions
- 1Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth.
- 2Add cream, parmesean cheese and spices (Italian seasoning).
- 3Spray 13x9" glass baking dish with oil. Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mix over.
- 4Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- 5Spread with sauce and then add your toppings like pepperoni.
- 6Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- 7Bake till browning and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes or so.
