Directions
- 1In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper and ground ginger. Set aside.
- 2Cook shrimp and broccoli according to package directions. Set aside.
- 3Add frozen bell peppers to skillet and allow to soften.
- 4Add shrimp, broccoli, and sauce. Cook and sire until sauce has thickened.
- 5Serve over brown rice.
- 6Note: you can substitute any vegetables you prefer.
