Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper and ground ginger. Set aside.
  2. 2Cook shrimp and broccoli according to package directions. Set aside.
  3. 3Add frozen bell peppers to skillet and allow to soften.
  4. 4Add shrimp, broccoli, and sauce. Cook and sire until sauce has thickened.
  5. 5Serve over brown rice.
  6. 6Note: you can substitute any vegetables you prefer.
