  1. 1Heat the milk for 1-2 minutes in the microwave. Dissolve the cocoa powder in the heated milk.
  2. 2Starting with the yogurt, add everything to the blender with a cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3Optional additions include a splash of vanilla flavoring.
  4. 4Note: great for Phase 1 Fat Smash diet.
