- 1Grease a pan with oil, use a little flour to flour the pan. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Core, quarter and slice apples fairly thinly (1/4-1/8"). Arrange about 2/3 of the slices on the bottom of the pan.
- 3Beat the eggs with the sugar using a wooden spoon or a spatula. When well incorporated, stir in the flour. Batter will be thick. You can add a dash of cinnamon.
- 4Pour about 1/2 the batter over the apples, spread to cover them all.
- 5Arrange 1/2 of remaining apple slices on the batter.
- 6Cover with remaining batter, spreading over.
- 7Top with remaining slices. Bake for about 25 minutes.
