Directions

  1. 1Cook elbows per package directions, drain and rinse under cold water - set aside. Defrost peas under cool water.
  2. 2Chop, celery, carrots, scallions, red pepper and pickles - add to large bowl.
  3. 3Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, paprika and ground black pepper. Add salt lightly to taste.
  4. 4Add elbows and peas to vegetable mixture. Stir in mayonnaise and spice mixture and add shredded cheese.
  5. 5Stir to combine.
