  1. 1Toast the whole wheat bread.
  2. 2Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp vegetable oil spread in a small frying pan. When hot, add egg substitute.
  3. 3Gently saute the egg substitute until it forms an omelette. Remove from the heat.
  4. 4Layer the lettuce, omelette, and tomato on 1 piece of toast. Top with the remaining toast, slice, and enjoy.
