- 1Toast the whole wheat bread.
- 2Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp vegetable oil spread in a small frying pan. When hot, add egg substitute.
- 3Gently saute the egg substitute until it forms an omelette. Remove from the heat.
- 4Layer the lettuce, omelette, and tomato on 1 piece of toast. Top with the remaining toast, slice, and enjoy.
