- 1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
- 2Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook 2 minutes.
- 3Add the wine and bring to a boil.
- 4Nestle the shrimp in the onion and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 5Add snow peas and stir to combine. Continue to cook until shrimp are bright pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes.
- 6Stir in cilantro, salt, and pepper.
