  1. 1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
  2. 2Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook 2 minutes.
  3. 3Add the wine and bring to a boil.
  4. 4Nestle the shrimp in the onion and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Add snow peas and stir to combine. Continue to cook until shrimp are bright pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6Stir in cilantro, salt, and pepper.
