  2. 2Do not let marinade longer than a couple of minutes. The lime will start to whiten the seafood any longer than that.
  3. 3Grill seafood. Can drizzle oil on seafood after it's cooked.
  4. 4Serving size is per scallop, prawn or shrimp.
