  1. 1Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of water.
  2. 2Bring 3/4 cup water and the zest of the lime to a boil in the microwave.
  3. 3In blender, add boiling water, gelatin mix, sweetener, and milk and blend well.
  4. 4While blending, add room temperature cream cheese by chunks.
  5. 5Add juice and pulp of the lime.
  6. 6Pour into 6 serving dishes or a pie plate.
  7. 7Cool until set. About 2 hours.
