Directions
- 1Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of water.
- 2Bring 3/4 cup water and the zest of the lime to a boil in the microwave.
- 3In blender, add boiling water, gelatin mix, sweetener, and milk and blend well.
- 4While blending, add room temperature cream cheese by chunks.
- 5Add juice and pulp of the lime.
- 6Pour into 6 serving dishes or a pie plate.
- 7Cool until set. About 2 hours.
