Pressure Cooker Cabbage Soup
Cabbage soup made in a pressure cooker that should be good for Phase 1 Fat Smash.

Directions
- 1Chop cabbage in quarters, add to pressure cooker.
- 2Chop celery (including leaf) into chunks and layered on top of cabbage.
- 3Add baby carrots along with the frozen onions and vegetable soup mix (like Knorr brand).
- 4Add in frozen soy burger (like Boco meatless burger brand).
- 5Pour 4 cups of stock over mixture along with the olive oil.
- 6Bring to high pressure and cook for 5 minutes.
- 7When all the steam is released, stir in cilantro and garlic.
- 8Note: for extra protein add a splash of soybean liquid protein concentrate (like Bragg liquid aminos brand).
