Ingredients
- 3 tsps minced garlicNutrition
- 3 tsps chili powderNutrition
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinlessNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups cream style sweet cornNutrition
- 4 tsp hot sauceNutrition
- 3 tbsps butterNutrition
- 2 tsps cuminNutrition
- 3 tsps ground oreganoNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps ground black pepperNutrition
- 1/4 tsp hot red pepper flakesNutrition
- 1 tsp bacon greaseNutrition
- 5 cups chicken stockNutrition
- 1/2 cup carrots, choppedNutrition
- 1 cup onion, choppedNutrition
- 1/2 cup green peppers, choppedNutrition
- 2 cups dried great northern beansNutrition
Directions
- 1Rinse and sort beans into dutch oven and fill halfway with water. Put on medium high heat and bring to boil, cover and let sit for 1 hour.
- 2Drain beans and rinse and place in pressure cooker with remaining ingredients, secure lid and set to high pressure for 35 minutes.
