  1. 1Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, and agave nectar in a food processor and mix until it's well blended into a puree.
  2. 2Remove cookie dough mixture from blender, and place in bowl.
  3. 3Add chocolate chips, and mix well.
  4. 4Enjoy chilled with sliced apples or even with a spoon.
  5. 5Note: you can also sub any nut butter for peanut butter.
