Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 2 dashes celtic saltNutrition
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrupNutrition
- 1/4 cup almond mealNutrition
- 1/4 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 4 tbsp coconut oilNutrition
- 1/4 cup egg substituteNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1 cup oat flourNutrition
- 5 oz protein powderNutrition
- 1 tsp cinnamonNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix all the dry ingredients together in a big bowl.
- 2Melt the coconut oil either in the microwave or place the oil in a ceramic mug and heat in a pot of hot water over the stove to melt.
- 3After coconut oil is melted, pour in the bowl with dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients. Mix with whisk until batter is well blended.
- 4Heat pan to medium or medium-high heat depending on your stove. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into desired pancake size and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 5Top with more sugar free syrup, jelly, honey or topping of your choice.
