Nutty Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup non-dairy sour creamNutrition
- 3/4 cup egg substituteNutrition
- 1/2 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 2 tsps vanillaNutrition
- 1/4 cup olive oilNutrition
- 3/4 cup ground walnutsNutrition
- 1/2 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1/4 cup cocoa powderNutrition
- 4 oz chocolate chipsNutrition
- 5 oz powdered sugar substituteNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly coat an 8x8" square baking pan with cooking spray.
- 2Pulse walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped. Place in a large mixing bowl; add sugar substitute, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- 3Whisk egg substitute, sour cream, oil and vanilla together and make a well into the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
- 4Heat the chocolate chips in a small sauce pan on medium-low heat and whisk until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk into the batter.
- 5Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. About 20-25 minutes.
- 6Cool completely before serving. Makes 16 squares.
- 7These can be frozen for a snack at a later time.
