Ingredients
- 0.12 tsp marjoram leavesNutrition
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 0.12 tsp leaves thymeNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, cannedNutrition

- 1/4 cup chopped diced onionNutrition
- 2 tbsps parsley, choppedNutrition
- 1 cup tomato sauceNutrition
- 2 oz rice, uncookedNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2For the porcupines; in a medium bowl thoroughly combine turkey, rice, diced onion, parsley, salt, marjoram, thyme and pepper.
- 3Shape into 9 equal balls. Spray a 1-quart casserole with cooking spray and arrange balls in the dish.
- 4For the sauce; combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over balls in casserole dish.
- 5Cover and bake for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
