  1. 1Boil eggs.
  2. 2Slice eggs in half long ways.
  3. 3Carefully remove egg yolks.
  4. 4Mix egg yolks, sweet pickle relish, light mayonnaise, dijon and yellow mustard in a small mixing bowl.
  5. 5Spoon mixture into egg halves. Garnish.
  6. 6Let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
  7. 7Note: garnish as you please, both paprika and parsley are nice.
