Directions
- 1Boil eggs.
- 2Slice eggs in half long ways.
- 3Carefully remove egg yolks.
- 4Mix egg yolks, sweet pickle relish, light mayonnaise, dijon and yellow mustard in a small mixing bowl.
- 5Spoon mixture into egg halves. Garnish.
- 6Let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
- 7Note: garnish as you please, both paprika and parsley are nice.
