  1. 1Brown the hamburger with the celery, onion and garlic; drain fat.
  2. 2Add tomato sauce, Splenda, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and let simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or so to blend the flavors.
  3. 3Put meat mixture in the bottom of a well greased glass pie plate; mix in about 1/2 the cheese. Spread remaining cheese on top.
  4. 4Beat the eggs in a small bowl and whisk in the mayonnaise and cream.
  5. 5Pour custard mixture evenly over the cheese.
  6. 6Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-35 minutes until nicely browned.
  7. 7Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
