Sloppy Joe Pie

Ingredients
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1/4 cup fat free half and halfNutrition
- 1/4 tsp pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp or 1 packet mustardNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp white vinegarNutrition
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 2 stalks large celeryNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 1/3 cup chopped onionsNutrition
- 1 serving 1 packet splendaNutrition
- 1 lb lean ground beefNutrition
- 4 oz tomato sauceNutrition
- 4 oz light mayonnaiseNutrition
- 8 oz low fat cheeseNutrition
Directions
- 1Brown the hamburger with the celery, onion and garlic; drain fat.
- 2Add tomato sauce, Splenda, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and let simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or so to blend the flavors.
- 3Put meat mixture in the bottom of a well greased glass pie plate; mix in about 1/2 the cheese. Spread remaining cheese on top.
- 4Beat the eggs in a small bowl and whisk in the mayonnaise and cream.
- 5Pour custard mixture evenly over the cheese.
- 6Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-35 minutes until nicely browned.
- 7Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
