Directions

  1. 1Fry onions, ginger and garlic for 2 minutes on medium until onions brown.
  2. 2Add spices and cook for 1 more minute, then add all other ingredients.
  3. 3Bring to a boil, and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
  4. 4In a separate frying pan, fry sausages for about 5 minutes. Slice up sausages, return to pan and brown sliced edges.
  5. 5Add sausages to lentil mixture, cook on low for 10 additional minutes.
