- 1Cut the chicken breast in half, to get 4 portions, cover it with the yellow mustard and pepper.
- 2Cut the garlic into little cubes.
- 3Pre-heat the pan with the oil and add the garlic.
- 4Next add the chicken breast and cook until a nice little brown color on both sides (be careful with the temperature to not burn the garlic).
- 5Add the sour cream and cook on low temperature for 10 minutes.
- 6Serve and enjoy.
