  1. 1Cut the chicken breast in half, to get 4 portions, cover it with the yellow mustard and pepper.
  2. 2Cut the garlic into little cubes.
  3. 3Pre-heat the pan with the oil and add the garlic.
  4. 4Next add the chicken breast and cook until a nice little brown color on both sides (be careful with the temperature to not burn the garlic).
  5. 5Add the sour cream and cook on low temperature for 10 minutes.
  6. 6Serve and enjoy.
