  1. 1Chop garlic, onion, tomato, carrot, celery and leek.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in pot, add meat and brown for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3Add the flour and stir. Add the wine and stir. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. 4Add the garlic, onion, tomato, carrot, celery and leek to the pot, stir.
  5. 5Add the cocoa powder. Add beef stock, stir and bring to a boil.
  6. 6Partially cover and lower to simmer.
  7. 7Allow to simmer for one hour to an hour and a half until the meat is tender.
  8. 8Salt and pepper to taste.
