Directions

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2In a 10x15" baking pan, line with parchment paper or oil.
  3. 3Mix dry ingredients well.
  4. 4Add wet ingredients to dry mix and combine well.
  5. 5Pour batter into pan and spread from center. Leave an inch or two from sides for thicker bread.
  6. 6Bake for 20 minutes until it springs back or its visibly brown.
  7. 7Cool and cut.
