Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2In a 10x15" baking pan, line with parchment paper or oil.
- 3Mix dry ingredients well.
- 4Add wet ingredients to dry mix and combine well.
- 5Pour batter into pan and spread from center. Leave an inch or two from sides for thicker bread.
- 6Bake for 20 minutes until it springs back or its visibly brown.
- 7Cool and cut.
