Directions

  1. 1Cook chicken and onions together.
  2. 2Stir in broth, chiles, spices and boil.
  3. 3Reduce to low heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in beans, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  5. 5Top with cheese (if desired) and green onions; you may also serve on tortillas taco style.
