Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soupNutrition
- 1/2 tsp original seasoning blendNutrition
- 2 cups part-skim shredded mozzarella cheeseNutrition
- 1 lb 93/7 lean ground beefNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroniNutrition
- 1 medium potato, dicedNutrition
- 1/2 cup 1% milkNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups carrot, choppedNutrition
- 1 medium onion, choppedNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients except milk, macaroni, and cheese in a greased 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- 2Cover and cook on low 6-10 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
- 3Stir in milk and cooked macaroni during the last 30 minutes off cooking on low or the last 15 minutes if on high.
- 4Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
