Directions
- 1In a lightly sprayed pan, brown chicken.
- 2Add onion, cook on low until soft.
- 3In a casserole dish with a lid, add in the tomatoes and mushy peas.
- 4Add in the chicken and onion mixture and add curry powder to taste.
- 5In a 350 °F (175 °C) oven, cook for 25-30 minutes.
- 6Serve with rice, pasta or jacket potato.
