- 1 1/2 tsps allspiceNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 2 tsps ground oreganoNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps black pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 2 tsps thyme, crushedNutrition
- 1/4 cup vinegarNutrition
- 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chickenNutrition
- 4 drumsticks, bone and skin removed chickenNutrition
- 3 tsps hot pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 tsp hot pepper, crushed, driedNutrition
- 6 cloves garlic, finely choppedNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 0.185 cup packed brown sugar (3 tbsp)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Combine all ingredients except chicken in large bowl. Rub seasoning over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or longer.
- 3Evenly space chicken on nonstick or lightly greased baking pan.
- 4Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an added 30–40 minutes or until the meat can be easily pulled away from the bone with a fork.
