Directions
- 1Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and place in large bowl.
- 2Sauté corn and chile peppers together until tender. place in bowl with beef mixture.
- 3Add cream of mushroom soup and hash browns to mix and stir together.
- 4Cook at 375 °F (190 °C) for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
