Directions
- 1Line plate with parchment paper.
- 2Make 3-4 rounded 2" circles of cheese spaced apart on plate. Sprinkle with garlic and salt.
- 3Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Should turn a light to medium brown color on the edges.
- 4Allow to cool for a minute and then remove and set on paper towel covered plate.
- 5Repeat steps until all cheese is used.
