Anaheim Pepper & Chicken Popper Bake
Anaheim peppers filled with light cream cheese and jalapeno mixture topped with seasoned chicken.

- 1Thaw out 4 chicken breast tenders, season as preferred with salt and pepper, garlic salt & garlic.
- 2Cut stem end off peppers. Slice peppers long ways in half to give 4 halves.
- 3Finely grate the jalapeno pepper.
- 4Mix grated jalapeno in cream cheese, and spread along inside of peppers.
- 5Add a chicken strip to the inside of each pepper half, laying it on the cream cheese.
- 6Place on baking sheet and put in oven at 375 °F (190 °C) until chicken is done.
- 7Let cool and enjoy!
