Brie Pizza aka Briezza
This is an easy light and flavorful pizza with brie cheese, green apples, and no red sauce.

- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Cut the fruit, brie and shrimp. Cut grapes in half. Cut the apples into small cubes. Cut the brie into thin slices. Cut the shelled shrimp into small 1 to 1/2 inch chunks.
- 3Place whole pita onto an ungreased cookie sheet and smear with Swiss cheese.
- 4place grapes, apples and shrimp on top of the cheese spread.
- 5Next the gorgonzola crumbles and the brie.
- 6Bake for 10-20 minutes.
- 7Note: chicken can be used instead of shrimp, alfredo sauce or cream cheese instead of spreadable Swiss cheese, mozzarella instead of brie and parmesan instead of gorgonzola.
