  2. 2Fry the beef in a non-stick pan until brown.
  3. 3Mix the beef and potatoes.
  4. 4Cut the lavash into thick strips. Put the cheese and potato-beef mix. Form triangles and seal.
  5. 5Brush with beaten eggs and cook in an air fryer preheated to 450°F for 5 minutes.
