- 1/4 cup mayonnaiseNutrition
- 1/3 cup olive oilNutrition
- 2/3 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 1/4 cup lemon juiceNutrition
- 2 tbsps chopped chivesNutrition
- 2 cups shredded or chopped lamb’s lettuceNutrition
- 2 cups shredded radicchioNutrition
- 8 oz artichoke heartsNutrition
- 6 oz cherry tomatoesNutrition
- 1/3 cup chopped or diced cornichonsNutrition
- 3 lbs rare roast beefNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine olive oil, lemon juice, chives, capers, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
- 2Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
- 3Divide the remaining ingredients among 6 serving plates.
- 4Spoon the dressing over and place a tablespoon of mayonnaise in the center of each salad.
