Pancetta Wrapped Asparagus Spears

- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Spread olive oil on the bottom of a small baking pan. Cut off the tough part of each asparagus spear.
- 3Wrap each asparagus spear with a 3-4" wide slice of pancetta sliced very thinly and place them in one layer in the baking pan.
- 4Bake for 15-25 minutes or until pancetta is a little crispy.
- 5Enjoy!
