Fathead Pepperoni Alfredo Pizza

- 1Place half the mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute on high.
- 2Remove bowl from microwave and stir well. Return bowl to the microwave and heat 30 more seconds.
- 3Remove bowl from microwave and put in almond flour, egg, and garlic and stir until all ingredients are combine.
- 4Line a pizza pan with foil and give it a light coating of cooking spray.
- 5Press dough into the pan distributing the crust evenly and bake at 425 °F (220 °C) for 6 minutes on the center of the oven rack.
- 6Remove crust from oven and fork wholes into any part of the crust that may have bubbled. Top the crust with the remaining ingredients.
- 7Turn oven on to broil and put the pizza back in the oven on the top shelf of the oven and broil the topping approximately 2 minutes or until it reaches your desired brownness.
