  1. 1In a Dutch oven, bring water, broth, chicken, pepper and carrots to a boil.
  2. 2Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking carrots until carrots are al dente.
  3. 3Add dry noodles, stir occasionally and cook for 10 more minutes or until desired tenderness.
  4. 4Enjoy.
