Directions

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Break eggs into a mixing bowl and add sugar.
  3. 3Add oil and milk and slowly add flour.
  4. 4Mix together until smooth, and be careful not to over-mix.
  5. 5Add baking powder and mix in well.
  6. 6Pour mixture into an 8" × 10" baking pan and layer apples on top or press under batter.
  7. 7Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. 8Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on top while still warm.
