Thanksgiving Turkey Tenderloins
Turkey bacon adds a smokey flavor when wrapped around stuffed and seasoned turkey tenderloins.

- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) prepare a baking sheet by covering with foil.
- 2Stuff each tender with a piece of celery and one slice of onion. Roll up, and spray with butter/oil spray. Sprinkle with the seasonings.
- 3Wrap turkey bacon slices around the tender roll-ups. Four tenderloins will be covered by a pound package , with four slices to spare.
- 4Arrange on foil covered baking tray, and spray lightly with the butter/oil spray.
- 5Cook in center of oven for forty minutes (checking temperature). Meat is done at 160 °F (70 °C).
- 6Let rest five minutes before serving.
