Directions

  1. 1Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meat.
  2. 2Remove meat and place in a deep casserole dish.
  3. 3Mix half the bouillon, soy sauce, garlic, onion and wine in the skillet, heat thoroughly.
  4. 4Mix remaining bouillon and cornstarch and add to sauce. Stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. 5Pour into casserole, cover and bake in oven at 275° F (135° C) for 1 hour.
  6. 6Stir in mushroom soup until smooth. Serve over noodles or rice.
