Burgundy Beef Tips

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp corn starchNutrition
- 2 tbsps reduced sodium soy sauceNutrition
- 3/4 cup beef bouillonNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 1/2 medium onionNutrition
- 6 oz cream of mushroom soupNutrition
- 3 lbs beef top sirloinNutrition
- 1 cup egg noodlesNutrition
- 3 tbsps reduced calorie vegetable oil-butter spreadNutrition
- 6 oz burgundy wineNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meat.
- 2Remove meat and place in a deep casserole dish.
- 3Mix half the bouillon, soy sauce, garlic, onion and wine in the skillet, heat thoroughly.
- 4Mix remaining bouillon and cornstarch and add to sauce. Stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
- 5Pour into casserole, cover and bake in oven at 275° F (135° C) for 1 hour.
- 6Stir in mushroom soup until smooth. Serve over noodles or rice.
